About InnovSemi


Suzhou InnovSemi Co., Ltd. was established in 2021. It is a Sino-foreign joint venture and technology start-up company that founded by a team of returned European doctors.

Company headquarter is in Suzhou Industrial Park.

Suzhou InnovOpto Co., Ltd(a high-tech enterprise), is a wholly-owned subsidiary, which is located in Changshu High-Tech Zone. 

At the same time, there are 2 R&D centers in Belgium and Guangzhou.

The key technology of InnovSemi is to develop silicon photonic IC and optical engine products which are suitable for data centers based on hybrid silicon photonics integration platform. This is the core technology to achieve 800G/1.6T /3.2T integrated high-performance optical modules in data centers.

InnovSemi has built a high grade clean process room, which is our development and production site.

There are more than 60 patents (including 12 invention patents) applied for and have already authorized 28.
