Your Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design of silicon photonics active device and design optimization, including modulator, etc..

2. Setup testing platform, work with testing engineers to verify and complete testing method and data analysis.

3. Collaborate with optical engineers to complete optical packaged design.

4. Communicate with photonic chip Fabs to match photonic chip design and process, and achieve out-sourced chip manufacturering.

Your Profile:

1. Master degree or above, major in optoelectronics, optical related.

2. 3 years or above related working experience.

3. Be proficient in using Lumerical or other simulation software of waveguide optics, and HFSS, Comsol or other RF simulation software.

4. Be proficient in using Luceda, Klayout, L-Edit, or other lay-out software.

5. Be familiar with optical testing equipment, the ability to setup testing environment independently.

6. Be professional, good at English communication, a good team player.

3．Design and develop the whole link with electronic engineers and optical engineers.

4．Verification testing of device high frequency performance with test engineers and optical engineers.

5．Complete the whole project design with layout engineers.

Your Profile:

1．Bachelor degree or above, mM

2.   More than 10 years of relevant experience; proficient in optoelectronic high-speed signal design, proficient in high-frequency simulation software, such as HFSS, ADS and other signal integrity design softwareFamiliar with the working principle of high-speed optoelectronic devices, design and optimise the whole high-speed link to achieve the best high-speed performance.
